WARRANTY INFORMATIon
paddleboard warraNTy (uNless advertised as otherwise upon purchase):
The 2025 range (Pro-x, Pro, Cruiser and California) are covered by a comprehensive manufactures warranty that guarantees the paddleboard to be free from defects in the material or workmanship to the original purchaser for 3 years. Seam leaks are covered for a further 4 years. That’s a 7 year no seam leak guarantee.
The 2025 Ultimate & Wave ranges are covered by a comprehensive manufactures warranty which guarantees the paddleboard to be free from defects in the material of workmanship to the original purchaser for 3 years. Seam leaks are covered for a further 2 years. That’s a 5 year no seam leak guarantee.
Any paddleboards purchased between April 2021 & February 2025 are covered by the same 5 year warranty as above. 
Any boards purchased before April 2021 are no longer covered by their 3 year warranty. 
 KAYAK WARRANTY (UNLESS ADVERTISED AS OTHERWISE UPON PURCHASE):
The 2025 range of kayaks are covered by a comprehensive manufactures warranty which covers the kayak to be free from defects in the material or workmanship to the original purchaser for 3 years. Seam leaks are covered for a further 2 years. That’s a 5 year no seam leak guarantee.
Kayaks which have been purchased before February 2025 have a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects and seam leaks
WING WARRANTY (UNLESS ADVERTISED OTHERWISE UPON PURCHASE):
Wings are covered by a comprehensive manufactures warranty which guarantees the wing to be free from defects in the material or workmanship to the original purchaser for 1 year. The foil board is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for 3 years and seam leaks for 5 years. All other wing related accessories are guarantee for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
ACCESSORIES WARRANTY:
All accessories and other items are covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults.
GENERAL WARRANTY DETAILS:
All warranties (legal warranty) are for the original purchaser only, and from the date of purchase. A product must either be purchased from us directly or registered with us for our warranty to be valid and proof of purchase with the purchase date must be provided to make a claim. It only covers products used for normal recreational purposes. The warranty does not cover any puncture, cuts or abrasion sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage. Scratches or marks on artwork are also not covered by the warranty. If paddleboards are being used in a rental company or school the warranty is only 3 years against manufacturing defects and seam leaks.

If any product is found to be defective, the owner may return it to Sandbanks Style, but only after first telephoning or emailing to get authorization, shipping and packaging instructions and to discuss the defect. We will not refund or replace boards if this procedure is not followed.
If you need to make a warranty claim please email us on info@sandbanksstyle.com with the following information:
  • Purchasers Name
  • Description of problem
  • A picture of the problem/defect
  • Dated proof of purchase 
  • Serial number (this will either be found around the finbox or embossed at the nose of rear of the board/kayak)
If we deem the issue to be a manufacturers fault we will provide information on returning the product to us. After inspection, if any product is found to have a defect covered by the warranty, the manufacturer shall either repair or replace the defective part or item as deemed necessary by manufacturer. The Manufacturer shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages. There are no warranties which extend beyond this description. This warranty is inclusive in lieu of all other warranties. This warranty gives you specific legal rights but does not affect your normal rights, which vary from country to country.

The main limitations to the application of the warranty are the following:

• The product must not be modified or used in any activities outside normal recreational use (such as races, rental, professional usage in a business, without written prior agreement).

• Use in excess of the manufacturers recommended maximum load capacity.

• Pressure recommendations, assembly / disassembly and handling procedures must be strictly observed.

• The maintenance and the storage procedures must not be neglected.

• This warranty does not cover parts and accessories not supplied or recommended by the manufacturer or defects resulting from the installation of such equipment on their products.

NOTICE: All repairs covered by warranty, must be performed by the manufacturer or a specialist approved or recommended by the manufacturer.

Privacy: We respect our customers privacy and will under no circumstances sell or give our customers data to any third parties. Your data helps us to keep track of your warranty. If you ever contact us with questions about your product, we will be able to look you up and find out what you have bought, helping us answer your queries more efficiently. If you have given us consent, we will contact you no more than once a month veer email with something special; family only-discounts, demo boards, exclusive offers, competitions and more. You can unsubscribe or ask to be removed from this mailing list at any time you wish.

Klarna's Privacy Policy: In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.Shipping InformationAll goods are shipped within 1-2 business day with DPD, TNT or Parcel Force. Please sign for the item as UNCHECKED or the shipping insurance will be void & email us pictures of the damage within 12 hours of receiving your goods to validate your claim.

Returns/Refunds: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement

Online/Mail Order Goods: In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

Disclaimer: We strongly recommend that you observe all local and national laws and ALWAYS wear an approved personal flotation device. Any activity on or near water carries with it inherent danger, Sandbanks Style and its employees are not, and cannot in anyway be responsible or held liable for your safety during the use or even possible failure of this product. It is the owners and user’s responsibility to ensure that the user wears a correctly fitted and approved flotation device which is suitable for their weight. We strongly recommend that you also always take appropriate advice on your chosen location to use the product, particularly with respect to currents, wind, weather conditions, potential under water obstacles and other craft which will share the same water. Compared to other water sports, paddle boarding has a very good safety record, but it is your responsibility to keep it that way.
