International Shipments
We offer shipping to Europe, and further a field internationally; however, due to the size and value of many of our products, this is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Sandbanks Style encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Sandbanks Style at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

How long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for accessories, and 1-2 working days for larger value items. Express and Saturday delivery options are available. Only includes mainland UK. For NI and UK Islands, please refer to International Shipment guidance.
Do you ship paddleboards and kayaks across the UK?
Yes, we offer fully tracked UK delivery on all large equipment and accessories.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, and to other international locations, but orders must be arranged directly with us so we can provide accurate shipping costs.
Who pays customs charges?
The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes on overseas shipments unless otherwise agreed.
Which couriers do you use?
We typically use FedEx for larger items and Evri or Royal Mail for smaller items.
