I went out for a paddle and hadn't made sure that the blade section had clicked in properly. You can guess what happened about 200 yds off the beach! I called Sandbanks to see if they had a blade available, but unfortunately they hadn't. Nevertheless Jordan was able to provide a complete new paddle and offered £20 off the rice. It was with me the following morning. Great service. I would thoroughly recommend Sandbanks - not just for their equipment but also their customer service.

After a few months of paddling about on sea and rivers the clamp came off. I emailed Sandbanks Style to see if they could send me a new clamp but no. They sent me a new bottom half of the paddle. It arrived quickly and feels better than the other one did. Thanks Sandbanks for your excellent customer service. This is why we purchased another board from you.

12 months of moderate to heavy paddling and a good few falls and lessons for freinds and family and my original 2021 Paddle but the dust in the middle of Padarn Lake at the foot of Snowden.
Ordered a new paddle as I was more than happy with the original but have been delighted to discover that the new 2022 paddle is stiffer, tougher , possibly thicker and feels the same weight to use and carry .
I call that a result and shows Sandbanks are always looks to improve there product .

I bought this paddle for my daughter and she absolutely loves it we are very happy with the purchase and would recommend this to anybody she find it very easy to use
